How BroncoSMM handles your information.
1. What we collect
Your account email, wallet balance, order history including the links and quantities you submit, and top-up records. Card and mobile money details are handled by our payment providers — we never see or store them.
2. How we use it
To place and track your orders with our service providers, credit your wallet, provide support, prevent fraud and keep accounting records. We do not sell your information.
3. Sharing
Order links and quantities are passed to the service provider that fulfils the order. Payments are processed by Paystack and our other payment providers under their own privacy policies.
4. Retention and security
We keep order and payment records for as long as needed to run the panel and meet legal obligations. Access is limited to the systems and staff that need it.
5. Your choices
Ask us to correct or delete your personal information at broncosmm9@gmail.com, subject to records we must keep by law.
